The Tennis Hive requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a holiday clinic booking. In the first instance, a credit will be offered to attend another clinic day on a day that suits the customer. Alternatively, a credit can be held for future clinics. If less notice is given, unfortunately, no credit is available.
